With the launch of their new flagship product, the Echo MS system, SCIEX needed a launch video that would break through the corporate and boring marketing that plagues the life sciences sector. Pebble Studios were brought on to develop a suite of assets for the launch including a launch video, which they asked me to direct.
As director of the launch film, I led the creation of a video highlighting the Echo MS's revolutionary speed, with the tagline "Run Fast" encapsulating its essence. Managing the entire project, I directed from conceptualisation to execution, ensuring a seamless narrative with an in-depth storyboard. Using Cinema 4D and Redshift for rendering, I brought the storyboard to life with captivating animations showcasing the Echo MS in action. Leveraging After Effects, I integrated elements for a polished final product, enhancing visual appeal and narrative coherence. The resulting launch video effectively communicates the "Run Fast" message, positioning SCIEX's Echo MS as a cutting-edge solution in mass spectrometry.
